Hello lovelies! Finally friday. Although I’m on holiday I celebrate that it’s already friday because every morning I go to study for my driving licence, which I still haven’t got. So I’m happy that tomorrow morning I can sleep in a bit.
Today I bring to you a new design for the NAGG Challenge. The frist theme for the third phase of the challenge is Round and Square and I did this simple geometrical pattern.
This is a kind of design I’m already familiar with I just needed to add some circles to match the theme. I had only done it with squares before. But I think it looks really cute with the circles too.
It has been quite a while since I did an all green mani. But I really like the colors I choosed for this one. You all know how I like greens.
This phase of the challenge has some really cool themes and I can’t wait to do them.
I hope you liked this mani. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to comment below.
Don’t miss any of Lindsey’s designs, you will find her and my past designs on the inlinkz below. Happy polishing and have a nice weekend.
Happy Sunday! How did your weekend go? I hope all my American followers had a wonderful 4th of July. Where I live we also had celebrations this weekend and it’s been great. I haven’t had much time for nail art because I’ve been rehearsing a lot with my choir, as we were singing in my town this weekend.
After so much partying I had some time to do my nails and I decided to do this summery floral design. I hope you like it!
I’ve done quite a lot of florals lately but this is one of my favorites so far. It’s really simple but I like how all the colors stand out. As a base color I used Yellow Submandarine by Catrice and it looks so warm.
I hope you liked this design. They look great with this wonderful weather we are having in Spain. I hope you have a nice end of weekend. Can’t wait to have more designs to post and show you all. Happy polishing!
Hello lovelies! I’ve sure taken my time to come back after my trip to Milan. It’s been nearly a week since I last posted, shame on me. However, I’m back now and for the moment I’m not planning to leave. The concert was awesome and now I’m back with some nail art.
After a week without posting I need to continue with the NAGG challenge. Today’s theme (well actually yesterday’s sorry, I should have posted on Monday….) is sweets. I wasn’t really inspired by this so I ended up doing something simple. I hope you like this jelly beans design.
Over a white base, Snow White by Astor, I painted these cute little jelly beans with lots of different colors. I think they look quite cute and they were really easy to do. I used a brush but you can use dotting tools or toothipicks. Perfect for all of those who are starting with nail art and want something colorful for summer.
What do you think of this design? Would you rock jelly beans nails this summer?
With this design Lindsey and I finish the second phase of the challenge, I can’t wait to do the next awesome themes. We are halfway this great challenge. Don’t froget to check Lindsey’s design when she posts in in the inlinkz below. I can’t wait to see what she has done! Happy polishing.
Happy friday! I was supposed to be strict with the challenge and I’m already a day late with this post. But well, I’m on holiday and I totally forgot to do it yesterday. I hope you like it even if it’s a bit late.
Today’s theme for the NAGG Challenge was hearts. You all know how I’m not a very girly girl when it comes to nail designs so I wasn’t really looking forward to this theme. At the end I ended up doing something pretty cool.
It’s not really anatomically correct but I think it does the trick right? I didn’t want to do the nagtypical design and I came up with this idea. I loved painting the heart it was pretty easy and really fun to do.
The rest of the nails are simple because I wanted all attention on my middle nail. The base I used is obviously Vampire is my Buff the red is as you know my favorite red by Essence listed on My Top 10, and the blue is one of my new Zoyas.
I hope you liked this original design. Don’t forget to check Lindsey’s take on this theme when she gets her post up. It will be linked on the inlinkz below. Have a nice weekend and happy polishing!
Hello guys! Well after some weeks on hiatus Lindsey and I have decided to retake the NAGG Challenge right where we left it. After a rough month I really want to go back to the challenge and doing it with Lindsey again will be awesome.
Today’s theme is camouflage. I have never done it or even thought about doing this design but I have to admit I quite liked it once I had finished it.
I have to say I didn’t even own propper colors for a camouflage print until I recieved some zoya polishes sent by Lindsey herself. So this green zoya I got was perfect for the print.
The print was fun to paint, I liked doing the different shapes of the spots and making them fit together. However I don’t really think I would do it often, like different color combos. But that’s what a challenge is for, trying new designs and techniques right?
I’m happy that we are back on track with the challenge. Really awesome themes ahead and lots of time to do nail art. I hope you liked this design. Don’t forget to check Lindsey’s design too and all the other designs we did for the previous themes.
Have a nice week and happy polishing!
Hello lovelies! How is everything going? Me and my family are doing a bit better. Now that I’m on holiday I also feel better, stress did not help much with my situation. I hope that you excuse this month with such little activity. I promise I will do better from now on.
The other day I bought a new shirt and it’s yellow and has pink flamingos on it. I thought it would be a wonderful idea for a nail art design so here it is.
I had never done flamingos before and I think they look quite well. They weren’t easy though, they took quite a long time and patience but the final result looks quite well. In fact the polka dots look worse than the free hand, don’t you think?
I’ve worn this design for some days now but they look so summerish that I don’t really want to take them off. It’s finally getting really warm and now it does feel like summer is nearly here. I hope you have a nice weekend. I love you all and thank you for all your support in these difficult days. Happy polishing.
Hello guys! I know I’ve been a bit abstend these last days. As you all know I’ve had my exams and family stuff. My dad has been in hospital all month and he passed away last week. I’ve had family around and not much time to do nail art or anything really. Thank you for understangind.
This last month has been terribly hard for me and my family and now that it’s over I can go back to my normal life little by litte. I did these nails the other day to match my new sunflower print dress.
I’ve been wanting to try some nice sunflowers for a while. I did a similar design some time ago and it as a bit of a fail. These however look wonderful in my opinion. What do you think?
I have many things to post this week so I hope you are ready for some swatches and nail art. I’m on holiday and I will be able to post a lot and paint my nails constantly. While you are waiting for all the new designs enjoy my dress matching nails.
Have a nice week. I hope you didn’t miss me a lot this days. At least my exams went well and it was nice to have my family around this weekend. Happy polishing!
